According to the inspector Sean McMullen A separate permit needs to be approved different from the accessory structure. Panel upgrade will be performed at the primary structure. There should be in the records a rejected permit.
Interior Remodel - accessory structure in backyard that is on a pier and beam foundation. A building permit was not required for the structure but all necessary electrical permit were pulled. The structure is just 200 sqft adding a full bath with toilet sink and shower. No additional sqft will be added. Framing drywall and electrical for the bath area was built out during initial build. All need to add is plumbing fixtures and finishes for that area.
