Interior remodel of an existing office and news studio space. The building is a three (3) story building, two (2) levels over open parking garage.
Note: This project is registered under the Texas Accessibility Standards (TAS) program. TDLR registration is required for commercial and public facility construction to ensure compliance with accessibility requirements under Texas Government Code Chapter 469.

cutting underneath the sink next to the stove. We will have to pull out the stove to gain access and we will cut out a section of that board in order to gain access to the vent stack that runs up and also the sink line. We will be redoing that section of cast-iron with all new PVC and will be right back on to the section already redone. The vent that runs up through the roof that has no water traffic. We will re-band the PVC to it and will leave that portion alone.
