📋Scope of Work

Expanding the existing detention pond to the west and near the apartments on Wellman. Proposed pond will have an amenity level of 5-6 ft. Other improvements include sidewalks around the pond, 200-ft ped bridge, 80-ft ped bridge, trees, 3 fountains.
