This option is going to include performing a tunnel underneath the foundation on the left side of the home. We will tunnel underneath the restroom for unit a and also the kitchen area and will be redoing with new PVC and will bring out the PVC to the left side of the home and will tie back in to the PVC line that is located on that left side. This is going to take care of the cast-iron for units a. We will bring out the laundry for the two units out the left side and will be tying them in to the main drain system that runs down the left-hand side of the home. Then we will go from the back of unit B and we¿ll have to cut two access holes in the back deck to be able to get underneath the foundation and expose the kitchen And toilet drain and will be redoing with PVC and will tie on to the existing PVC that is located under home. We are going to be canceling out the cast-iron line that runs about 80 feet across the two units. Once we have all the PVC set in place we will strap to foundation to prevent any movement in the future And will thoroughly test once we are completed. We are going to install new clean out accesses for each of the fixtures and will also strap the plumbing to the bottom of the foundation to prevent any movement in the future. Once this is all completed we will have an engineer on site to perform inspection of the tunnel as well as a city inspector.
