Addition/interior remodel to two-story SFR 367 new bedroom and bathroom addition
This proposal includes the use of excavation equipment to dig an approximately 50-foot trench from the existing water meter to the home to access the underground water service line. The trench will be excavated to an approximate depth of 14 inches. The existing 3/4ยฟ copper water service line which is currently leaking will be removed and replaced with a new 1ยฟ PEX water service line to improve durability reliability and overall water flow capacity. A tracer wire will be installed in the trench alongside the new water line for future locating purposes.
