Complete Removal of Existing Membrane Roofing; Selective Demolition of HVAC Units Admin Area and Associated HRUs. Selective Demolition of Classroom Water Source Heat Pumps. New Work Structural Steel Framing as required for HRU Replacement. Membrane roofing EIFS (as required for repair work). Interior Finishes patch and repair with like materials as required for any materials disturbed during classroom HVAC Replacement for Casey Elementary School
