Construct two new driveway approaches of 30 FT for a semi-circular drive.

Addition & Remodel for 1-story single family residence. Interior remodel inlcludes new windows & doors throughout the structure new flex space room half bath & laundry room. Addition of covered rear porch over existing slab. 4 bed 2.5 bath.

Replacement of complete existing central heat and air system with or without duct work

Replacement of existing steam to hot water heat exchanger skid system; building footprint remains unchanged.

Construction of steel canopies over approximately 1112 existing parking spaces. (Reactivated after revision expanded the scope of project)
