CONSIST OF ADDING A CANOPY OVER THE ENTRY POINT TO THE BUILDINGS AT 1900 AND 1818 KERSTEN DRIVE. IT INCLUDES DEMOLITION OF THE EXISTING PARKING AND RESTRIPING THE REMAINING PARKING AS WELL AS ADDING A SIDEWALK STRIP.
