AN EXISTING CAR INSPECTION SHOP BUILT IN 1990 IS BEING CONVERTED INTO AN OPEN-AIR HAND CAR WASH ON ONE SIDE AND A SMALL EARM-UP CAFE ON THE OTHER. OVERALL DEMO CONSISTS OF REMOVING SEVERAL OVERHEAD DOORS AND ALL NON-LOAD BEARING INTERIOR PARTITIONS.
