The applicant is proposing to construct one instead of two separate buildings and re-designed parking with associated improvements. NOTE: This (R1) folder is expired. There is a (XT2) folder that expired in March, 2023. No active BP in AMANDA7 but the project has been inspected for 5+ years which is why Ev. inspections have been done until now.
